The First Duplex Project In Township of TTDI

The first duplex project in the affluent township of Taman Tun Dr Ismail namely TTDI Segaris is launched recently. This project is a joint-venture development between Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd and Prasarana Integrated Development Sdn Bhd (Pride).

Developed on a 1.01-acre parcel in Persiaran Zaaba, this project offers a single storey tower with a leasehold tenure. This high-end development comes with 185 units, of which 153 units are duplexes and 32 units are non-duplexes.

According to Naza TTDI deputy executive chairman and group managing director SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin, Naza started developing TTDI in the year 1974 and this latest development portrays the firm’s continued presence in the township. The firm’s previous developments in TTDI include TTDI Ascencia and TTDI Plaza.

Scheduled to be completed in the next four years, TTDI Segaris offers state-of-the-art facilities for its residents. The facilities can be classified into three categories, namely Lifestyle Zone, Family Zone and Neighbourhood Zone.

The Lifestyle Zone inspired by a resort-living environment provides facilities namely infinity pool, sun deck and gym; the Family Zone comes with multi-purpose space for communal activities, surau, as well as facilities for children; the Neighbourhood Zone featured lush green landscape with a pedestrian walk and a café.

TTDI Segaris offers eight types of layout with built-up ranging from 721 sf to 1,464 sf.

  • Type B (non-duplex) 915 sf
  • Type Ba (non-duplex) 926 sf
  • Type B1(duplex) 915 sf
  • Type B2 (duplex) 915 sf
  • Type C (duplex) 1,249 sf
  • Type Ca (duplex) 1,249 sf
  • Type D (duplex) 1,464 sf

This low-density development has only 11 units per floor, with double volume high ceiling for the duplexes. The units are priced from RM1,100 psf.
